Try our newly-released v1.2 upgrade for YGI, available at
http://hksi.net/support/ after logging in. We've fixed a few little bugs
that might be affecting your situation.

Sticking with web-safe colors (any hex value consisting solely of the digits
0, 3, 6, 9, C, and F) is the best way to ensure cross-browser color
matching.
