Jasmine,
I'd look first at your DNS server for the domain... slow loading pages are
often the result of bad DNS data.
Next, any reason why you're not at IMail v6.05a with the latest patches (or
6.06 even)? As I recall, 6.02 was a bit buggy.
Finally, you should observe the server's Task Manager when you're having the
problem, to see if anything is affecting the CPU or RAM. If not, then it's a
client or DNS problem.
