Well, it's *possible* to make it work, but the odds of it throwing a JS
security error are high with several browsers (it's a remote script, trying
to set the current window's href property). Plus, we didn't want to
auto-refresh a user away from a page they might be reading.

Probably better to do a meta-refresh in the header of the page you have it
on, like this:

   <META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="600">

(that's 600 seconds, or 10 minutes.)
