Not with IMail... the web prefs are stored in the TYPE field, either in the
registry or the external db.
If you're using an external db, EZSignUp has a feature where you can specify
the contents of the TYPE field for new users. (Just look at one that's set
up the way you like it, and use that string in the ezsignup-config.asp
file.)
