If you're using v2.6 of EZSignUp, and an external db for your users, you can
use the DefaultWebPrefs variable found in the ezsignup-config.asp file to
"pre-set" the web prefs. To determine the magic string of numbers, go into
web prefs yourself, set the prefs the way you want them for everyone, then
open the db and look at the value of the TYPE field for your user account.
That will be your DefaultWebPrefs value.
If you're not using EZSignUp, or not using an external db for your users,
there is no way short of editing the registry to pre-set the web prefs.
