Rory,
You'll probably want to send that to Ipswitch ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), the
makers of IMail. This is the IMail Admin list for the Humankind Systems
add-on products. The templates have nothing to do with the attachment
problems seen with some format/client/file combinations.
In quick answer to your questions as far as we've heard, yes, the problem
has been reported, and no, there's no fix (yet).
