If someone can confirm that this is a KWM problem, by putting stock
templates back in place and verifying that there is a difference, we'll make
whatever fix is necessary. The only difference, however, in the KWM host
admin page is cosmetic... we used the same form fields and actions as the
stock templates, so I don't understand how this could be happening.
