The "Default Max. Mailbox Size" for all users is set to 8MB. Since there is no way to read the actual limit for a user with IMail's tags, I edited the config_MailBoxSizeLimitKB.cgi file to 8MB from the original 10MB. Next, I configure the Finger (plan.ima) file for individual users who has more than 8MB mailbox size by entering "0" in the "Plan" tab. This is to prevent users who has more than 8MB mailbox size from getting a popup window giving false information that their mailbox is full. However, it seems the user is still getting the popup window. Any assistance is appreciated.
