That's not possible with the templates. Those folders are created whenever
they're used; you can create them via server-side scripting by either
sending mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], etc.,
or by creating Sent.mbx, Draft.mbx, etc. files in the user's directory. Or
you could use our EZSignUp utility to create users, since it does this for
you.

Edit the <select> tag options in the headerstart.cgi file.
