Hm... this could be corrupted LDAP database. I had it once, but back then
about half of my users couldn't update their info. I ended up rectreating
LDAP from registry.
In your case the easy fix might be recreating user account

I have a single user, who no matter what he does, when he updates his
personal info, Killer Templates tell him it was sucessful, but the data
does not stick. If I go in as me, I can update my account all day. If
I go in as him, no luck. So it seesm to be account related. Anyone
have any tricks for this?
