What browser are you using? You should be able to click and resize the
framebar between the messages list and the message preview easily.

If you open the address book from a new message composition window, as
opposed to opening it from the Contacts button at the top of the frameset,
you'll be able to insert multiple addresses at once. We'll work on fixing
the problem when the Contacts are opened first.
