And they're 7U high, too. And $13,000+. In 7U, the FlexiServ boxes would
pack 28 (7X4) machines.

Problem is, calling FlexiServ for info is a lesson in frustration. I just
tried to get info on their TeleServ telephony product by calling their
California office, and got some guy on a cell phone who didn't even know
what "TeleServ" was. Then I called the Florida office, and got a "sorry we
can't take your call, please leave a message" recording. Unusual for a
hardware company... further investigation indicates they're a European
company (http://www.fiber-wireless.gr), and perhaps not well-established in
the US.

On the topic of telephony, does anyone here have experience with either the
Altigen (http://www.altigen.com) system or the TeleAdvantage
(http://www.artisoft.com) PC-based PBX-VoIP systems? We're looking to buy,
and leaning strongly towards the Altigen system.

thanks,
Ron
