You could try putting the KWM templates on a webserver that has Cold Fusion installed. You'll have to make the paths to the CGI's that KWM utilizes Absolute. You could try it with one or two pages with little effort and if it works, use a program like homesite to "find/replace" all the relative paths to Absolute in the KWM templates. It won't be fun when the KWM templates are updated though...basically, you have to go through the process all over again.
