The logo goes in the KWMimages directory. If you right-click on a broken image, and look at the Properties, you'll see the path the browser is trying to access.

I did  , and putted my logo as mail.mydomain.com.eg.gif in Imail\web directory , but still doesn't work .

I have just a small question , that is how can I change the logo in the login page , just an x sign appears in the place of the logo !!
