You need to rename your official domain name from mail.domain.com to domain.com and add mail.domain.com as an alias.

Hi,

 

When users sign up to our mail they are given the account [EMAIL PROTECTED]  I want this just to appear as [EMAIL PROTECTED]  as it is causing some confusion. although both id's would work.

 

Any ideas on how to resolve this
