Yeah,  I figured that!! Thanks!!
How can I authorize users outside to use the Mail server for Relay SMTP
mail.  I have SMTP on IMail not refuse anyoone.  It pops fine but relay does
nto work!!

There is no standard way of sending E-mail though HTTP.  Microsoft has a
proprietary protocol they use for Hotmail, but everyone uses their own
methods.  So, it wouldn't be possible to send HTTP mail without a lot of
coordination between the mail client developers and the mail server
developers.
