I have guys sending HUGE pdf, autocad files and more through our imail
server without any problems at all, i don't know what to say... you must
have something setup wrong?

Unfortunately, this error is beyond our control with the templates. We
have one IMail tag which displays the body of the message. If IMail's web
messaging service fails to parse the message, for whatever reason, it will
display the Error message below instead of the message, and nothing we do
with the templates will change that. I would recommend you try to
reproduce the problem, then send a good copy of the message + attachment
you used to [EMAIL PROTECTED] if there's going to be any hope of
resolving the issue.
