There is an IMail bug that causes loss of session (user drops back to the
login screen) when a Host admin tries to edit their mailnews.txt file, so
we removed that option from view of Host admins. The workaround, if you
need that functionality, is to give Host admins ftp access to their /web
directory, so they can edit the mailnews.txt file directly.
