Ron,
I don't know how much clout you have at Ipswitch, I feel certain you have a
high degree of creditability there. I am getting a clear message from the
lists that others feel the same as we do: the "announcement" they sent us
was WAAAAY short of our expectations, in terms of what's fixed, what's new.
They want us to renew our agreements, but without any real meat about what
we are spending it on. If we wait to see, the price goes up. Calendaring
is cute, but only if it accompanies the other more technical fixes, such
as... well we can all read. It seems to me we deserve better than that. Or
perhaps our expectations of Ipswitch are too high? If you are getting the
same vibe from the news, is it possible that you could convey these feelings
to some of the right people at Ipswitch? Be our voice if it were?
P.S. Did you guys write any of the new web templates that they are
including in IM 7?
