The Killer templates, being frame-based, continue to refresh a hidden
frame to keep the session fresh while the user composes messages. The
Classic templates don't have this feature, and inherit the stock templates
propensity to time-out after 12 minutes. This timespan is hard-wired in
IMail and cannot be changed. The best solution for savvy users is to hit
Ctrl-N to open in a new window for composing, leaving the underlying Menu
page refreshing automatically.
