I reported the same problem to this list some weeks ago. A small but vocal
group of our dial-up customers are having failures with deleting,
forwarding, and replying through WebMail. Some of them refuse to use OE or
other mail client. It seems to be specific to their computers. One fellow
brought his laptop to our office to demonstrate the problem. I thought it
was a "page not found" or other such error from his browser, but he is
actually getting a page *from* WebMail (we use the HKSI "Classic" templates
v1.54 -- yes, I know there's an update) that says the operation failed.
When I accessed his account from any computer in our office (on the LAN),
with various versions of IE, the problems did not occur.
A couple days ago I had a customer attempting to set up some mail rules in
WebMail, and the rules simply would not be created. He had never before had
any problem, not with deleting, replying or forwarding as the other affected
users have reported. I could create rules for him, but he could not do it
himself.
