Craig,
It depends on where you made your changes. I'd recommending checking the
mod dates on the files, and if any of yours are newer than the new set,
find out if you want to keep/save your files. You can save all your custom
config files (that the readme talks about editing, like stylesheet.cgi)
for the most part (depending on what version you're running).
