Yes, you do. You need to get the computer type, the exact browser version,
and then try to reproduce the problem yourself. If you can, send us the
info to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and we'll check it out.
You should also send us the URL and a login account to [EMAIL PROTECTED],
so we can check your configuration. Errors on the rmail file usually
indicate a mis-configured banner ad or config_ file.
