You must install it, but you can turn it off for each domain
independently.

The calendar service shouldn't be any harder on your IMail server than the
webmail service is... and since user's can do two things at once, you
shouldn't notice a difference. All I've got to back that up is empirical
data, however.

Those are the basic differences.

No need to upgrade unless you're running Imail v7, in which case you MUST
upgrade your templates. The new Classics should be done late today or
tomorrow, depending on how much more time I spend on this list today. ;)
