After using web messaging, I'm no longer able to receive messages on the
respective account using POP. The mail program (Outlook) checks the
mailbox and sends mail just fine, but actually receives nothing. I can
then log in via the web and find several new messages waiting.
While testing POP on yet another pre-existing account (which had never
been used with webmail), I was again unable to check the mail (using
Outlook). After trouble-shooting that for the past half an hour, I just
discovered that even after creating a brand new account, I cannot access
it at all via POP -- I get an invalid userid/password error. But then I
can log in just fine via the web. This is occurring on all domains and
is now critical in nature. I did reboot the server with no improvement.
Help!
