Are you following the instructions for the config_MailBoxSizeLimitKB.cgi
file in the ReadMe.html file? IMail 6 cannot provide the *actual* user's
limit to the templates, so a workaround was necessary. IMail 7 can, so the
new v2x KWM templates read the user's limits directly.
