KWM Admins,

We're pleased to announce the release of the KillerWebMail hotfix v2.0.5
(for IMail 7 installations only), available for immediate download to
registered admins at

   http://www.humankindsystems.com/downloads/

NEW FEATURES AND FIXES

 * IE5.0 Login Crashing Bug The most important fix is the login screen
crashing bug, seen in some installations of IE5.0x. This was thought to be
fixed in v2.0.3, but further testing revealed that some browsers still had
trouble with the code in the plogin.html file. We now believe it is fixed
for good.

 * Default Login Screen Logo The config_LogoDefaultLoginScreen.cgi file
specifies the default logo file to display on the Login Screen, in case
you don't have a custom one created for the current domain. By default,
this is set to "killerwebmail.com-large.gif", a logo file included in your
web/kwmimages directory. If desired, you can create a default logo of your
own, put it in your kwmimages directory, and specify its filename in this
config file. NOTE: This feature only works in Internet Explorer v4 and
higher. Other browsers will see no logo at all, but at least won't see a
broken image link.

 * Default Top Left Logo The config_LogoDefaultTopLeft.cgi file
specifies the default logo file to display at the top left of the top
frame, in case you don't have a custom one created for the current domain.
By default, this is set to "killerwebmail.com.gif", a small logo file
included in your web/kwmimages directory. If desired, you can create a
default logo of your own, put it in your kwmimages directory, and specify
its filename in this config file. NOTE: This feature only works in
Internet Explorer v4 and higher. Other browsers will see no logo at all,
but at least won't see a broken image link.

 * The BabelFish translation icon and link has been commented-out by
default from the readmail.html file, since many admins did not want it,
and it doesn't work reliably when the "Remember Me" option is checked at
login. To re-enable it, find the code and instructions at the bottom of
the readmail.html file.

 * The spellcheck was not working correctly on a forwarded or replied-to
message, and has been fixed.

 * The missing badreqst.html file has been designed and included.

 * A bug on the user administration screen when a Host Admin is logged in
has been corrected.
