We don't yet have a fix figured out, so that might have to wait on a fix
from Ipswitch. We've definitely got it on our short list.

As are we, but AnswerTrack is a big, feature-laden server system that
requires significant initial support and ongoing development, so I hope
you understand that our prices are not arbitrarily set, and are not
negotiable. Remember also that we've designed AnswerTrack so that you can
resell its tracking services to your clients, and quite easily make money
with it.
