Tiffany,
Make sure
the hostname in the URL you're using to get to the virtual webmail site (like
"mail.somedomain.com") is listed as either the Official Host Name, or one of the
Host Aliases (separate multiple aliases with a space) for the virtual domain, as
set in the IMail admin console.

Subject: [imail] Customized DomainsQ: How can I have different domains with different configuration options?
A: Within the particular domain's Top Directory, create a web folder if it does not already exist. Then place your "non-standard" config and/or html files within this web folder.I am wanting each of our domains to have a default style sheet and welcome message. I created the web folder like described above and put the modified config files in the directory, but the changes are not showing up. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.Tiffany ZumwaltCowtown NetVoice: 817-293-9353Voice: 972-730-2010
