There is a command line util with imail called mailall.exe, it's well
documented in the manuals. You can mail to every mailbox on the server or
just to individual mail domains.

Subject: [imail] Mailing all users in a domain?
In IMail, is there a predefined username (ie. [EMAIL PROTECTED]) that I
can use to send a message to all users in a domain?
