Ambiguous? A person's name is not the same as their email address. I have the same question. Can you have a person's name show up as well as their email address when you use an alias to send mail to multiple addresses from the web-based mail client? Is there a way to have people's names show up with their email addresses when using mailing lists? For example,

The "work-around" is to use aliases to define create a group of addresses to send to. Which to me seems a little inconvenient considering that practically everyone that uses email to any great extent uses groups or distribution lists. This is a very common complaint that I have from my end users. Just about every mail client in existence supports this. I am currently using Imail 7.0.4/KWM 2.0.7. I realize this seems kind of a non-issue from a systems administration standpoint, from an end-users standpoint it is a rough spot. The web interface simplifies support, but end-users have to buy-in to the idea if you want to get rid of 0utlook.
