Does anyone know why the Outlook client now times out and can't get mail unless they close and re-open or hitting send receive then stopping and then hitting send receive again to get mail.  This is so annoying and has been a problem ever since Upgrading to 7

Anyone know of a way to set (through the admin, registry, etc) the workaround specified by Ipswitch to prevent this issue?  I'd hate to have to try to get all of our users to make that change..
 
Here's the text of the tech note:
"Question/Problem: When I Forward a message in Web Messaging it sends the wrong message body.
 
Answer/Solution: In version 7.04 there is a known issue where Web Messaging sends the incorrect body in forwarded messages.
 
There is a work around for this issue. Login to Web Messaging. Find Edit My Preferences in the drop down list. Set Forward Editing to Edit original message:
