[imail] Delivery Problems V6.06

Hi All

I am having a problem with a lot of my users trying to send mail but getting the error " Unable to Deliver after 20 attempts" I have checked my DNS, all appears correct. I have tested to these users if I send a test message of a few lines it goes through fine but if the messages are bigger they bounce. All have the same details in the log file, see below. It is becoming a real problem any assistance / advise will help.
