Jeff,

Haven't heard of that problem. I'd recommend examining the user's folder on the server to see if any bogus files are in there. Also, you should upgrade to KWM 2.0.8, and make sure you're at IMail 7.04 HF2.

Subject: [imail] KWM folder wierdness

I am having weird problems with folders not appearing properly in KWM 2.0.7/Imail 7.04 (via Win2K & IE5.5sp2).

For example when I logged on to the admin account a bolded "(1)" appeared as a folder just below the non-bolded "Inbox" folder (note: there is a folder icon in front of each).  Niether of these folders have any unread messages and they both show the same content.  The last time I logged in before this, it was fine.

I deleted one message from the Inbox.  As soon as I did this, a bold (1) appeared below the Mailbox free space indicator at the bottom (2 of these phantom folders now show).

I clicked on the (1) folder that is still appearing just beneath the Inbox folder to see if the message I just deleted was gone and it was.

I then clicked on the new (1) folder at the very bottom and it shows the same as the Inbox and the (1) folder underneath Inbox.  After clicking on the second (1) that appeared, a third (1) folder appeared underneath that one (for a total of 3 phantom folders).

If I just log on and click on the (1) folder, no new folders appear.  It seems to only happen when I delete something.

Here is a text version of how my folders now appear.

What is going on?  Why did this suddenly start happening?  No changes have been made to server cfg.
I have never seen anything like this until today.
