We run Mail Essentials which scans all incoming and outgoing mail.  Scanning outgoing mail is important too - some time ago we had an employee open a virus from Hotmail which then got sent to their Outlook address book.  Now we can prevent that from happening and find out immediately if someone is infected.

If you received an email today from me with an attachment, do NOT open it, it is a virus.
