The problem is that you are an "open relay", which means that you let
anyone who wants to send mail through your mail server. The ISPs you are
referring to do not want to accept mail from people who charge their users
to send mail, but allow spammers to send mail for free.
To prevent this from happening, you need to "lock down" your mail server,
so spammers can not use it for free. You need to use IMail's "Relay for
Addresses" option (entering a list of "safe" IPs that your users may be
coming from), or "No Mail Relay" (in which case everyone has to use SMTP
AUTH before sending outgoing mail).
