Ron,
I believe you are right... I adjusted the "config_BannerContentRegular.cgi" file, and after that, for some reason, everything went to hell-in-a-hand basket.
What I was attempting to do was remove the banner ad, and I added carriage returns, BUT, I kept the content, so that I might try to use it at a later time.
I believe that it was this that probably stuck its finger in my eye... I replaced my changes and now all seems to be working well... THANK YOU for your time and patience.

Sounds like a related problem with the center justification, most likely
caused by a broken configuration file modification. We'll take a look once
