Chris a little late here but have you had the user re-enter both the
username and password? this is assuming that they can connect to your imail
server and that the firewalls not blocking ports 110 and 25

Hello,
I have a client who can access our Imail 6.02 server fine in the browser
(IE) but not using their pop3 client (outlook).

I was wondering if anyone else had noticed a similar behaviour?

Thanks.
