Hey all I am having a problem with one client using a Mac and the web messaging front end using KWM. What happens is that after she logs on to webmail, the frameset comes up, the background images for the left and top borders load, the folder icon loads, and then what appears to be a dialog box pops up. It is blank, and hangs the computer. Cmd-Opt-Esc will unlock it. This occurs on IE 5.0 & 5.1, Netscape 4.7, and Mozilla 0.9.8.
I have tried upgrading the web browser, upgrading the OS to 9.2.2, upgrading the MRJ, zapping the PRAM, rebuilding the desktop, resetting the NVRAM, and resetting the Open Firmware. Anything I missed? Anyone have any clues as to what to try next?
