We
installed the HF Saturday on three of our mail servers and everthing
seems to be fine. It did seem to correct a problem on one
of them WebMail 7.06 just stopping for no reason. It only started
doing that after we updated to 7.06. Something in the HF corrected it, it seems.
Or it fixed itself (kinda like windoz does every now and then), not sure
which.

I know there's an updated data format in 7. Does the mailbox conversion take place on-the-fly after the upgrade? Or does the conversion have to complete before accounts are accessible? I'm wondering about potential down-time during the upgrade process.
