Imail 7.07 KillerWebMail 2.0.9

After discovering the exact same issue as discussed below (and failing
to find any KB articles at Ipswitch or HKSI), I thankfully found this
e-mail in my archives.

Here's what I'd like to know... First, WHY does it say zero instead of
inheriting the appropriate value? Second, why is the referenced cgi
file not inheriting the default value either? The file I looked at says
1000[KB], instead of 10000 -- so the user has 10 MB limit, but thinks
he/she has a 1 MB limit. I suspect that this isn't an HKSI issue, but,
you know, yuck! I realize that I can/will generate a script to deal
with this, but I don't feel I should have to. [Waah! Waah!] Seriously,
this is rather lame considering domains on my server get at least 30
e-mail accounts that are created/administered by the account owner.

Oh, wait, I guess I need to upgrade to 7.1, huh?! ;)

Sincerely,

Archer Koch

If the user is at "0" (the way webmail sets it), the user will inherit
the
limit of the domain as set in the IMail admin console. You should use
the
config_MailboxSizeLimitKB.cgi file to mirror this limit so the size
graph
displays properly for users with a 0 limit.
