Would it not be easier to start up the MS SMTP service on another box and drop them in the queue and have it deliver to the Imail box as a temp thing?

The problem is that IMail uses 2 files, a Q*.SMD that contains a list of the recipients and other related information, and a D*.SMD file that contains the actual E-mail (headers and body). I'm not familiar with the Microsoft SMTP format, but you would need to somehow convert it to IMail's proprietary format, which would probably need to be done by hand (or writing a script or something that would do it). I'm not aware of any programs that automatically convert the files. Your best bet would likely be to copy those queue files to another IIS box. -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com ______________________________________________________________________ The HKSI-IMail Admin List is hosted by........
