Ever since moving to Imail V7.x this started happening to us too. I am also finding Imail Spam filters in many cases not working, lost mail, internal generation of automated response messages to random users and general degradation of Imail performance. I am using classic templates. I also get the error message with 8 digits when attempting to display a user attributes in Web mail. When I first reported this problem three months ago, they blamed it on HKSI. Now they know it's their fault and it's suppose to be in the next fix.
