I searched the kb and FAQ's and didn't see anything that helped on this issue.
I have had a few (5-10) user complain that the Delete Selected Messages does not display. I have been working with one in particular to try to get this resolved. I had her upgrade browser version and check settings in IE 5.5 to see if I could find the cause...I find none. I am 99.9% sure that this is a client issue and not a problem on our system but I cannot figure this out. Has anyone seen this before who could give me some advice? What should I check first.
