imail on Quad xeon450, 1GB ram 5x9.1GB raid 5
SQL6.5 on duplicate hardware (does all our membership DB, radius DB and
imail DB)

typical processor load = 15% on imail machine
(imail server machine also handles IIS4 asp scripts doing signups)
