The resources that running Perl uses is almost nothing.
You shouldn't have any problems if you are running at least 128KB of RAM.
If you are running the server with less than you have to start to think
about how many websites you are hosting that will be using Perl and a
cgi-bin. If you are only running your website out of IIS then you will have
no problem with less than 128KB. Give me more info....
