He can actually set it up on the web interface as an
autoresponse where every e-mail that comes in will
be responded to or a vacation message where each
address will only get one response.

Then he does not have to worry about downloading
any mail and sending the responses back from his
machine.

I have a domain hosting customer that gets a lot of email inquiries and
wants to set up an autoresponder to put out canned replies until he has a
chance to respond to them personally. He's using Eudora Light. I've never
setup or used an autoresponder, so I'm not sure what the options
are...anybody?
