In the control panel, run IMail Server, tab to "Log Server", should be in
either logDATE.txt or sysDATE.txt(where DATE is replaced by mmdd current
date).
The SMTP tab should tell you what file your SMTP logs are. If you're not
logging, set it to log, then stop/restart the service.
