If you set the list owner to the users name they will only have
list admin access for their list under either unterface. You
do not need to set List Administrator on that particular user
under user options.
If they are listed as the owner of the list they will have List Admin
option when they log in. However they will not have access to any
other list than their own.
Still working on figuring out how a list owner can subscribe via e-mail.
I know how they can un-subscribe but I have not been able to do the
subscribe either.
