He was steering you in the right direction! Even if you set your system to
identify you as mail.ecsi.net it will still fail reverse lookup. Reverse
DNS is delegated through upstream providers differently than forward DNS.
You need to get your ISP to resolve the reverse DNS issue for you. While
they may charge for forward DNS it would be impolite to charge you again for
the reverse address. They need to resolve that WHILE you resolve the
hostname issue. Try setting the hostname in IMAIL Administrator and restart
services.
